I was visiting Wat Thap Sakae when I noticed this bai sema marker. Although the marker is normal, there are usually eight around the bot, that house the Luk Nimit Stones, the inclusion of the two small figures is not. One is clearly the Buddha, but the other is a person in an old uniform.
My guess is that its a figurine of an old King of Thailand.
If you look at the marker stone in the centre of the covering you can also see a good example of the Dhrama Wheel, a feature in Buddhist teaching
