Fishing is an important local industry in Prachuap Khiri Khan, Thailand. The fleet of boats various in size from small one man operations to much larger vessels with a crew of five or six.
The boat in this photograph is in the bay in front of the town of Prachuap Khiri Khan. It is being operated by a couple who are catching the small tuna fry that come inshore here.
Like all the other fishing boats you find in Thailand this one is brightly painted and bedecked in flags.
