A little while ago I published a photograph of a Thai Roti vendor who visits our street from time to time. This shot shows a close up of his working area and ingredients.
The roti mixture is poured on the black hotplate which is heated by bottled gas.
Since the whole contraption is mounted on a tricycle the silver coloured hand operated horn is used to attract customers attention.
