Asian Openbill group feeding in Thailand

The group of Asian Openbill that have been in the area for the last few weeks has increased in numbers. Yesterday I spotted about ten of the birds feeding on some open land near my home.

Despite my best efforts to try and get close to them using available cover I could only get about 300 yards from them.
The resulting photograph is not very sharp, but it does nicely show the open bills on the birds that leads to their name.

Equipment: Canon EOS 1000D 55-250mm Lens
