Wihan at Thai Temple Wat Tang Sai

You will usually find more than one wihan at a Buddhist temple or Wat. The word wihan in Thai literally means “shrine hall” so not surprisingly wihan’s usually contain various Buddha icons.

The wihan in today’s photograph is at Wat Tang Sai not far from where I took the photo of the Thai Giants. It was taken from inside the main pagoda looking out into the courtyard. I quite like the frame effect from the buildings structure.
