Akha Hill Tribe Market Photo/Image

bargaining at a Akha Hill Tribe Market Thailand

During a trek in Northern Thailand we stayed at an Akha village. One of the ways they make a living is by accommodating trekkers in the village and holding a market to sell goods that they make there.

Although this shot is not very sharp(the young woman to the left moved as I snapped away) I thought it worth publishing just for the look on the old ladies face as she bargains over some trinket with our trek guide.

Equipment: Canon EOS 1000D 55mm Lens
