Thai Temple Art Painted Window Shutters Photo/Image

painted window shutters on a Thai temple

Thai temple art fascinates me and makes for some excellent photographic opportunities. I found these beautifully painted wooden window shutters on the Viharn/Ubosoth at Wat Phanthai Norasing near Samut Sakhon Thailand.

To me they bear more than a passing likeness to the lacquer work found in Chinese temples.

Equipment: Canon EOS 1000D 55mm Lens
