Father of the Thai Navy.

This shrine located at Thongchai, Thailand, is dedicated to HRH Prince of Chumphon, Abhakara Kiartiwongse, who after studying naval warfare in Britain during the late 19th century modernized the Thai Navy, he is considered by many to be the father of the Thai Navy.
