Catholic Church Prachuap Khiri Khan Thailand.

Although Thailand is predominately a Buddhist country other religions are still catered for. This is the Roman Catholic church in Prachuap Khiri Khan Thailand. Which interestingly in the Thai script outside is referred to as a Wat(Thai temple).

This is a very good capture in deed. Looks very colonial itself

I agree about the colonial feel, however don’t let any Thais hear you say the “C” word!

Where is the church exactly? I once started a Google Map with the catholic churches of the South, but it’s still incomplete.

Andy, I don’t know the Soi, but will find out. If you know Prachuap Khiri Khan (town) its opposite the library just round the corner from the city monument and petrol station.

I had been in Prachuap town just once for an hour, so I just know the city pillar shrine (that’s what you mean by city monument I guess). So easiest would be the exact coordinates, so I can place the mark directly on the building.

Looks in prime condition therefore must be in contant use I assume.
